Cantantes de este género poseen innumerables joyas que a simple vista parecen estar evaluadas en mucho dinero, para muchos más que una vanidad están mostradno lo grande que es su fortuna.Para muchos es una mala influencia pues llevan a sus seguidores a comprar estos artilugios por querer parecerse a ellos, gastando alta cantidad de dinero en ello. De esta forma el más cirticado es el artista Daddy Yankee, sus joyas alcanzan un gran número no sólo en costos sino diamantes, peso y tamaño.
